DATA - PERSONAL AND NON-PERSONAL

We collect two types of data from you when you access and/or use our service, personal data and non-personal data. This is described in more detail below.

Standard text messaging charges applied by your cell phone carrier will apply to text messages we send. PoshCurry™ reserves the right to cancel the notification service at any time. Please do not use the Services If you do not wish to receive any of our e-mail communications or text messages.

TRANSFERRING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your data collected through the Service may be stored and processed in India or any other country in which PoshCurry™, its affiliates or service providers maintain facilities. This data may be transferred across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. By registering for and using the Service you consent to the transfer of Data to India or to any other country in which PoshCurry™, its Clients, Affiliates or service providers maintain facilities and the use and disclosure of Data about you as described in this Privacy Policy.

RETAINING YOUR DATA?

Following termination or deactivation of your account, PoshCurry™, its Clients, Affiliates, or its service providers may retain your Data (including your profile information) and user Content for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes.

LINKING TO OR FROM A THIRD PARTY WEBSITE?

This Service may contain links to other websites operated by third parties. Please be advised that the practices described in this Privacy Policy for PoshCurry™ do not apply to information gathered through these other websites. We are not responsible for the actions and privacy policies of third parties and other websites.

ASSIGNMENT

We may change our ownership, corporate organization or sell certain assets while providing the Service. As a result, please be aware that in such event we may transfer some or all of your Data to the acquiring company or the merged Company. If this happens, we will endeavour to require the acquiring party to follow the practices described in this Privacy Policy, as it may be amended from time to time. Nevertheless, we cannot promise that an acquiring company or the merged company will treat your information the same as described in this Privacy Policy.

GOVERNING LAW

This Service is published in India. We attempt to protect the Personal Data of all users of our Service and we attempt to comply with local data protection and consumer rights laws to the extent they may apply to the PoshCurry™ services, but our Service is located and targeted to citizens of India and our policies are directed at compliance with those laws.
